John Hill
was born in Texarkana and raised in the Tyler area.  John is a graduate of John Tyler High School and received his Real Estate License in March of 2004. John, and his wife live in Bullard.

John enjoys hunting a fishing quite a bit.  In fact, on the rare occasion John's not in the office, showing property, talking to investors, or clients....you are sure to find him "wettin' a hook" on one of East Texas lakes!   John has many hobbies and interests, but it is his interest in East Texas Real Estate and Development that is his niche. "Duplexes, Multi Family Housing and New Construction are my specialty" said John, when asked what he found particularly interesting about Real Estate. "Tyler is growing so fast.  I meet so many interesting people. Those who are new to the area, looking for New Construction, and  Investors as well.  This side of Real Estate really helps our local economy grow. "John brings a personal understanding of our Lake Properties and and interest in Investment and New Construction to the Hill, Smith, & Gregory Team.

Emily Smith
is a native Texan, raised in Tyler, and a graduate of TK Gorman High School and Tyler Junior College. Emily is married with two children, and she and her family are active in their church, and the community.

In 1999, Emily began a successful career as an Independent Sales Director with a nationally known Direct Sales company, and soon was leading a sales team of 40+ local Consultants and—ultimately—her performance enabled her to rise to the top 2% of distributors within the company, nationwide. Taking the sales training and client service skills learned  through her direct sales background, Emily began her Real Estate career in April of 2004.   Soon after, Emily was privileged to be the Exclusive REALTOR for Tyler's "Two Hour House" World Record Breaking event!

"Selling your home can be an emotional experience, the comfort level of my clients is of the utmost importance to me," said Emily when asked about her business. "For me, the most wonderful and unexpected part of this business is the relationships built with my Clients."  Emily brings to Real Estate a new dimension of Customer Service.

Jason Gregory
is a 2nd generation Realtor, "born into the business", you might say.  His parents, Chuck and Cindy Gregory opened the doors of Gregory Real Estate in 1986.  Jason was born and raised in Tyler, attended Robert E Lee High School,  Tyler Junior College and University of Texas at Tyler.  Jason and his wife and son are active in the community and their Church.  With experience in commercial properties as well as the residential side of Real Estate, Jason's knowledge of the market is exceptional.
But its Jason's love of the outdoors and hunting that allows him to confidently represent Buyers and Sellers in the market for Farm and Ranch and Rural acreage.

When asked why he decided to pursue a career in Real Estate, Jason said,  "I was raised in Real Estate, I saw first hand the joy and satisfaction that comes with finding the perfect home for someone.  I wanted to be part of that."   With his Real Estate career beginning in 2000, Jason furthered his education and received a Brokers License in 2004.
